Returns/Cancelations
As all items are custom produced for each order, we are unable to offer returns.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our support email immediately with your order number. We will do our best effort to cancel, but will be unable to do so if it has already started the production process.
Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please email support with the following details and we will work on getting a replacement sent.
Your order number
A description of the problem.
Details about how the order was packaged.
Pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).
There is a 14 day window to report damaged items from time of delivery.
Digital Assets
Returns/Cancelations
All sales are final on digital products. If you run into any issues with using an asset you have purchased, we are happy to assist as possible.
All Other Products
Returns/Cancelations
Cancelations are available before fulfilment starts, however from that point on it will need to be handled as a return.
Returns are available for 14 days and are subject to customer provided return shipping. Returns of used items will be rejected.
There will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund total.
