First off, thank you for your purchase. And secondly, I hope your buddy loves their new accessory! If you haven't bought one yet...I highly recommend go do so, but feel free to read along anyways!
Each ear band comes with at least one rubber band, to help keep it on their head and not on the ground as you walk around. The process for attaching them is simple, but can vary depending on the plush as some don't have a way to attach via a "chin" strap.
Using Remy as an example, the general process goes as follows:
Step 1

Hook the rubber bands on to the ends of the band. There should be a little resistance as you click them in, the opening is designed to be slightly smaller than the rubber band thickness to keep them from being accidentally launched into space.
Step 2

Put the rubber band under the chin, and holding it with a finger, pull the headband up and over the head. There should be a natural resting place for both the headband and and rubber band to rest, but you can adjust it to a position you like!
Step 3
You're done! Go reward yourself with a trip to Disney.
